Our Mission and Values and a little history
At Seaford Con Club, we aim to build a sense of community and belonging among our members. By providing a space for social interaction and engagement, we connect with individuals and families.
We are a very old club started in 1896 by local people with the main mover being a Mr Jacks. The club opened in two cottages in Church Lane next to where St Leonard's Hall stood until recently. The hall was built to be part of the club and was later adopted by the church. The picture opposite is of the old Terminus Hotel in Dane Road which was opened in 1853. It had several names after about 1963 and eventually became The Shore pub - now it has been totally refurbished to provide an amazing location for the Seaford Con Club. It looks the same outside but inside you will find a modern, comfortable environment!
